How long will it take before I receive my order?
If you live in the Netherlands and the product you ordered is in stock, it takes 1-2 working days. Delivery to Belgium usually takes 2-4 working days. Other countries will take 2-10 working days depending on your where you live. This does not apply on pre-orders. The date for some pre-orders depends on what is stated in the product details.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change this?

How do pre-orders work?
The purpose of pre-orders is to see how much interest there is in a particular product. Based on those numbers, we can do our shopping to offer it as cheap as possible. A pre-order product is only one time on pre order, if the pre-order has ended and it has been a success it remains in stock.
